Teela is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Published Author, Children Services Supervisor for LA County DCFS, Certified Yoga Instructor, Founder and CEO of Reign In US "Understanding Self"; a corporation dedicated to providing accessible Mental Health and Wellness Services to the community and throughout Corporate America in order to improve lives, help raise awareness and the collective consciousness. Having well over a decade of experience working in various advocacy capacities to help meet the needs of children, families and individuals alike, Teela integrates her knowledge in social work, trauma and grief recovery, gut health, neuropsychology, mind-body connection, yoga, spirituality, culture, personal/professional development, attachment, parenting, and relationships into a unique integrative, holistic approach that helps individuals thrive in all areas of life. Teela has made expert guest appearances on shows such as Family or Fiance as seen on OWN network and is the hostess of wellness retreats worldwide.
Monica is the Children’s and Social Services Deputy/Economic and Workforce Development Deputy for Los Angeles County Supervisor Kathryn Barger, advising on issues related to foster youth, education, social services, workforce development, economic development, community services, and aging. Prior to this position she worked as the communications and public affairs lead for the Center for Space Policy and Strategy at The Aerospace Corporation. At Aerospace, she worked for the Secretary of the Air Force on public presentations on special assignment and helped to create and coordinate the Center for Space Policy and Strategies’ programs for military, congressional, and administration audiences.
William “Chip” Beaman is founder and CEO of The Halp Network, a company created to match trusted creative entertainment professionals and vendors with the best opportunities within the ever-changing world of entertainment. An entertainment veteran with nearly 30 years of experience, Chip was destined for this business. His innate ability to find just the right person for just the right position coupled with his extensive list of contacts made launching The Halp Network a natural.
Most recently, Chip served as the VP for Formosa Group’s Interactive Division for five years, overseeing the audio and VO production of some of the interactive industry’s most well-known titles. Prior to his time at Formosa, he spent nearly a decade as a manager of the voiceover and talent services department which included negotiating celebrity talent deals at Soundelux Design Music Group, an award-winning post production facility in Hollywood.
For the last 20 years, Christine Dolan has worked in a variety of industries with various Not-for-Profit companies in the Accounting and Finance role in San Diego County, serving many diverse communities. Currently acting as a Consulting to CFO for multiple Not-for-Profits in California, Christine now brings her knowledge as a CFO to the Kollab and looks forward to providing guidance and clarity to Kollab’s financial story.
Christine has also been a Microsoft Instructor since 2002, providing training and mentorship to students striving for certification. Christine is also serving on the Advisory Board for the United Women of East Africa Support Team (UWEAST), and as Mentor within the Alliance Kollab. Christine studied Fine Arts in addition to her focus in Accounting, and obtained her Masters Degree in Business Administration from Western Governors University.
Maritza has dedicated over 25 years to help people thrive through her extensive work in the public sector with the County of Los Angeles. She is now the Interim Executive Director for the Los Angeles County Workforce Development Board (LACWDB)—the second largest in California and fourth in the nation. Under her direction, the LACWDB aims to drive economic equity and resiliency in the L.A. Basin and to establish and prepare the talent pipeline for the 21St Century workplace—in particular the nexgen future leaders and innovators.

As Community Engagement Specialist for ABC7, with over 19 years’ experience championing diversity/community outreach in the entertainment industry. Since joining ABC7 in 2017, she manages major station campaigns at ABC7 as well as organize and facilitate community events, dinners, walks, parades, etc. and serve as primary point for our special community projects. She currently mentors three women in Engineering who are looking to further their careers within Technology in T-Mobile. Outside of T-Mobile she is a member of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) since her college days and a member of UCLA’s Engineering School Alumni Advisory Council. She also volunteers to work with UCLA’s Women in Engineering program.

Sanford was elected to the Manassas City, Virginia School Board in 2010 and served as a member until 2021, and the Chair from 2018-2021. Mr. Williams is the first African-American Chairman of the Manassas City School Board. Sanford is also a member of the Board of Directors of Kids in the Spotlight, a Los Angeles County based organization that helps foster youth heal and grow from trauma through the power of storytelling and filmmaking, the University of Virginia (UVA) School of Education Foundation, the UVA Club of Los Angeles.
